Blair Petroleum Maintenance & Construction, a division of DMS Environmental Services, LLC, provides turn-key services relating to petroleum and chemical storage, including ASTs, USTs, bulk plant construction, product dispensing equipment, secondary containment systems, piping installation, and servicing and maintenance of all related components. This division also provides excavation and concrete installation services.

DMS Safety Consultants, a division of DMS Environmental Services, LLC, provides safety compliance and training for General Industry, Construction, and the Oil & Gas Industry.  We offer safety inspections and program audits; development of written safety manuals and programs; lock-out tag-out programs; OSHA-related trainings including OSHA 10 & 30 hour; respirator training and fit testing; AHA First Aid and CPR training.  Specific training provided for the Oil and Gas industry includes: PEC Safety (Safeland USA, Core Compliance, Basic 10, H2S Clear, GHS and JSA) and AWARE-(Safeland USA & Rig Pass).  We also provide equipment training and operator certification for forklifts, telehandlers, and aerial work platforms.
