Holland Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1977 and provides civil and structural engineering, project management, land surveying, environmental and energy consulting services throughout the United States. Energy: Our professionals are experienced in all phases of oil, petrochemical, and natural gas pipeline projects. We can take the entire project from conceptual design through final as-built surveying while understanding how critical deadlines are.

Civil Infrastructure: Our services include land development and site planning, landfill support, environmental, water/wastewater services, and land surveying. We understand and balance competing objectives of property owners, private industry, and local governments while producing projects attentive to those interests and with sustainable designs.
